Life is good and does get better, even on my off days,even when I experience anxiety or depressive symptoms, rather than the other way around. I believe in practicing good mental health, even when I make mistakes doing it. I’ve experienced some very good days and seasons, since my diagnosis, so the off days so overwhelming anymore. May my words encourage you to move from empty to full as you face your own life-changing issues. Remember, life is good and it’s full of hope. Never give up!
