Vitamins - 11/14/06
Did you know that vitamins can effect muscle movement? I didn’t, until a few years ago, when I was feeling generally lousy and wanted some answers. My doctor took some time to look at my chart, discovering that I was low on some important vitamins and minerals. He gave me a few recommendations and said that I would begin to feel better in about two months of regularly taking my vitamins and minerals. He was right. Recently I slacked off and the same ‘lousiness’ came back. What do you know? I need to start my regular regimen again. Just a disclaimer, this information is not shared as the last word on vitamins and muscle movement. I am not a licensed doctor, and don’t wish to be considered one. I’m sharing this incident with you because it was a powerful and helpful learning experience for me. I’m also sharing it to remind myself that practicing regular self-care is very important for me. It makes my life go much smoother. Remember to take care of yourself!
