Who’s Taking Care of You?

Last week I discussed persistence in nurturing your creative skills. This week I want to remind you to keep taking care of yourself. Remember when you couldn’t wait for summer vacation to begin? Well, summer has arrived. Even if you are working like most of us, make sure to keep your self-care rituals going. I find that it is harder and more necessary for me to maintain my self-care rituals. So, during hot weather like this, I make sure that I’m drinking enough liquid. During cooler days I make sure that I’m dressed warm enough. Taking simple precautions like this helps me stay in balance, enabling me to focus more clearly on the creative tasks at hand. I will post reminder questions again, Tuesday through Friday. Have a creative week!!
