Five Signs That You Might Be Stuck

Someone asked me once, when I knew that I needed to ask for outside help in any situation. I basically answered that when I’ve exhausted all of my resources, my research isn’t revealing any new information, the people I know and trust can’t answer my questions, my prayers aren temporarily not being answered and I’m frustrated most of the time. When I experience most of these signs on a consistent basis, then I know that I’m “stuck”.

Five Ways to Ease Your Daily Work Routine

I’ve talked about working regularly and consistently at your creative discipline. I’ve also talked about how procrastination can really become a major interference at any step of the creative process. Today I want to share with you five actions that you can take to make your daily work routine easier. If you choose to put one of these actions to use on a daily basis, you will begin to experience greater productivity during your work sessions. Back off of convincing and pushing yourself to work harder, try one of these actions out and see what how your productivity begins to change. If you don’t see any changes in the first few days, give yourself a little time or try another action. You may respond better to one suggestion rather than another and vice versa. You can alter any of these suggestions to fit your unique creative discipline.

Writing As A Coaching Tool

Writing is a practical tool to use when being coached or coaching. Writing your ideas down on paper is very simple and accessible action. Just by picking up a pen or pencil, you can write a word, phrase or main idea down to help you remember it later or record it for use later in a journal entry, exercise or a writing piece. Here is a list of five ways that you might use writing in a coaching session:
